The lobby was gorgeous and the location was extremely nice, Stamford is beautiful and easy to get to NYC.
The TV was circa 1990, it was about a 25 inch CRT tube. Got the job done and there were plenty of channels to surf.
The staff was courteous and friendly. I received free parking for the night and when the computer messed up they gave me a free code for 15 minutes of use with printing. The bed was extremely comfortable. ...read more

Stains on carpet and doors in room, no easy access to stairs (must use elevator), room fit and finish is poor, service is poor.

Poor internet, and the furnishings are very used and dated.
This hotel has seen its better days. Kind of shabby and dated. Really needs a face lift, buy the bones are good and it has lots of facilities.
